The legal Hijab (veil) in Islam

Q 2: What is the ruling on women who expose their beauty in front of non-Mahrams (not spouses or unmarriageable relatives) or while walking in markets? Is her guardian responsible for this? What should they do?

A: It is Haram (prohibited) for a woman to do so. Her guardian has to bind her to stick to Hijab (veil) that Allah has made Wajib (obligatory) and to abandon exposing her beauty in front of non-Mahrams. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
