The husband of a niece
A: Your niece's husband is not considered a Mahram to you; it is impermissible for you to shake hands with him, sit in Khulwah (being alone with a member of the opposite sex) with him, or travel with him. May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
