Performing Salah (Prayer) at places

Q 2: What is the ruling on Muslims who do not offer congregational Salah (Prayer) and Jumu`ah (Friday) Prayer in the Masjid (mosque)? They refuse to pray in the Masjid until their countries apply Shari`ah (Islamic law) and they deem Muslims who pray in Masjids as Kafirs (disbelievers).

A: Praying in the Masjid is one of the main obligations of this religion. Those who abstain from praying in the Masjids commit a sin and they (Part No. 8; Page No. 61) commit another sin by deeming people who offer congregational Salah at Masjids as Kafirs.May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
