Is the meaning of the Hadith stating,
Q: If Iqamah (call to start the Prayer) is pronounced and there is a person performing the Sunnah prayer or Tahiyyat-ul-Masjid (two-unit Prayer to salute the mosque), should that person end his Salah to join the congregational Salah? If yes, should he end Salah with Taslim (salutation of peace ending the Prayer), or not?
A 3: The stronger of the two scholarly opinions is that he should stop his Sunnah prayer without Taslim and join the Imam in congregational Salah. (Part No. 7; Page No. 314) May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
