Q: The driver's brother died, leaving his mother, brothers, sisters and his wife, who was six-month pregnant. After twenty-five days, she miscarried twins; a boy and a girl.
Do they deserve a share in the estate of their father, even though they died while still in their mother's womb?
If it is proven that the twins were miscarried and born dead, they do not deserve a share in the inheritance, either from their father or from anybody else. The fact that they lived in their mother's womb for twenty-five days or more after their father's death does not entitle them to inheritance, as they were born dead.
