Hiring a maid to stay overnight with the male patient

Q 1: I am the eldest son of my father. Allah willed that he should fall sick and, in consequence, to suffer from hemiplegia. I would like to hire a maid to look after him at night, as all of us have to work. Is it possible for me to hire a maid to feed, bathe him, and to stay overnight with him if we are out?

A: It is not permissible to hire a maid to do what you mentioned, as this would entail committing acts that are prohibited by the Shari‘ah (Islamic law). (Part No. 17; Page No. 320) May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet, his family, and Companions.
