Combining Salahs under circumstances of fogs


A: It is permissible to combine the Maghrib and `Isha' Prayers when there is rain that wets one's garment, or mud that makes it difficult for people to reach the Masjid (mosque), so as to ward off hardship. However, fog is not an excuse to combine Salahs (Prayers).May Allah grant us success. May peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and Companions.
