Bribery

A: If the reality is as mentioned, what the contractor has done is considered to be a bribe for the engineer; therefore it is impermissible for him to accept it, and he must pay the actual value of the repairs and the spare parts, it is also better for him to stay away from suspicions.May Allah grant us success.
